The library of the Nanda Talukdar Foundation has about 11,000 books, mostly in Assamese and it also contains some of the rare books of the nineteenth century .
There is no fee for the use of the library, it is free for all.
The library is open from Monday to Friday between 1030-1530 hours.
The library is only open with prescheduled appointments
The Books can be read and photos can be taken of the pages with mobile.
No scanning and Photostat is allowed to protect the binding and spine of the books.
The books can not be borrowed.
